Before you sign up and download or use Themefiles.us themes for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Themefiles themes and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

These terms of use apply to all Themefiles

memberships, which includes the theme memberships as well as the extension memberships. Themefiles grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the Themefiles.us website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Please take note that any content which is either in the form of PHP or XHTML uses the GNU General Public License , the remainder of the content (CSS, Javascript & Images) use the license below:

This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Themefiles.us. This agreement applies to licenses issued via the world wide web and is applicable to online delivery of licensed material. Your purchased or use of the Licensed Material’s License implies that you have read and accepted these Licensing Terms and Conditions.

1.1 DEFINITIONS

“Licensed Material” means the WordPress Theme & Plug-ins. Any reference in this Agreement to the Licensed Material shall be to each individual item within the Licensed Material and also to the Licensed Material taken as a whole.

1.2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

1.2.1 The Licensed Material is not being sold; it is being provided to the Licensee under the terms of this agreement, which allows for use of Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership. You must not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the Licensed Material, modified or unmodified. Ownership remains with the Themefiles.us.

1.2.2 Licensee is allowed to use and install the License Material to a maximum of one (1) regular WordPress installation on one domain he currently owns (regular implies not making use of WordPress MS or Multi-Site to install the License Material on multiple sub-domains or sub-directories).

1.2.3 Licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material subject to the restrictions set forth in the Agreement.

1.2.4 You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the Licensed Material to fit your purposes. For free Licensed Material, You may NOT remove the “Design By Themefiles.us” or “Free Theme byThemefiles.us” credits in the Licensed Material. For purchased Licensed Material, you may remove the credits in the Licensed Material.

1.2.5 “Premium Themes Club” is a monthly recurring membership which includes access to all existing themes on Themefiles store plus some selective plugins. This membership charges monthly until canceled and user is sent an email alert 12 days prior to the charge.

1.2.6 “Directory Combo” is a yearly recurring membership which includes access to all plugins on Themefiles store. This membership
charges yearly until canceled and user is sent an email alert 12 days prior to the charge.

1.2.7 All other products comes with 1 year of membership and support and should be renewed manually at the end of the year.

1.3. RESTRICTIONS

1.3.1 Licensee may not sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Themefiles.us.

1.3.2 Licensee may not sell, license or distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material.

1.3.3 Licensee must not claim on creation of the Licensed Material such as “Template By Your Company”, “Design By Your Company” and such similar statements.

1.3.4 Licensee must not post or copy the Licensed Material, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, online media, or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Licenses are not time-limited so you may continue to use the purchased products even after your membership expires. During valid membership period, you have access to help desk support and updates of your chosen products.

1.2. Demo Content

Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.

1.3. License Ownership

Themefiles holds the right to revoke membership and theme license immediately by providing a refund to the customer anytime in the future.

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, Themefiles will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at support@themefiles.us. We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our members area.

Please use a valid email address. If you use Paystack e-check, your order will take several days to process. (Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up from Paystack.)

We provide technical support for Themefiles products through our Help Desk system in the members area, NOT by email. Apart from what can be changed from a theme’s and plugin’s options and functions via the admin dashboard, we do NOT offer support for customizations to theme default coding or CSS. We provide paid customization services (subject to feasibility). Please submit your requests for customization on default coding or CSS by clicking here.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke mentioned under figure 1.3 of this document.

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.

Themefiles gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. Themefiles themes are developed for and support whichever the latest WordPress version is at the time of purchase.

Themefiles.us reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Themefiles.us reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Themefiles.us shall not be liable to you or any third party should Themefiles.us exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership
